Synphaet Reinforces Confidence and Peace of Mind

Many people fear coming to the hospital and avoid treatment, whether they have chronic illnesses or are general patients, which negatively impacts their health. At Synphaet Lam Luk Ka Hospital, we prioritize thorough screening and clearly segregated clean zones, reinforcing your confidence that you can safely come for treatment of all conditions.
.
• Clearly designated service areas
The hospital is divided into two zones: a special flu clinic zone for patients with cold symptoms, and a clean zone for patients without cold symptoms or those coming for health check-ups. These zones are set up in both the general patient area and the pediatric department.
– The special flu clinic has a separate building for respiratory-related diseases, apart from the main hospital building, operating as a Drive-thru Clinic. COVID-19 testing is also available via Drive-thru.
.
• Screening all visitors
– Staff are stationed at screening points to take medical histories and provide hand sanitizer gel to everyone entering or exiting to reduce disease transmission.
– Body temperature is measured using high-accuracy infrared thermometers, with strict enforcement of social distancing.
.
• Thorough cleaning of service points
– Increased frequency of cleaning all areas, including public spaces and equipment, using highly effective disinfectants, with proper waste segregation and disposal.
– Alcohol hand spray is adequately provided throughout the hospital and is available for use at all times.
.
However, basic self-care remains important: follow hygiene steps by eating hot food, using your own utensils, washing hands regularly, maintaining social distancing, and self-isolating for 14 days if at risk.
Let’s cooperate to get through this period together.
