Medical Technology

Infusion Device

The Infusion device, imported from Israel, is a tool for delivering various substances into the skin, capable of administering a variety of forms such as serums, creams, or gels. It uses “Ionwave Technology,” thus it can directly deliver substances into skin cells, improving the efficacy of the treatment.
The performance is higher than that of treatments with iontophoresis or phonophoresis, as it can deliver substances in larger amounts and penetrate deeper into the skin without causing wounds.
The Infusion device is an Electro-mesotherapy device that is highly safe, needle-free, and wound-free, used to deliver various substances into the skin using electrical currents with the appropriate frequency and duration. It rearranges the cells in the epidermis to create small spaces (Micro Channels) in the cell walls to receive the substances to be delivered into the skin, after which the cell walls return to their normal state.
If the patient is pregnant, it is recommended to consult a doctor before treatment.

– Suitable for all skin types.
– Treatments can be done on both the face and body.
– Treatments can be done once a week, with each session lasting about 30 minutes.
– Continuous treatment is recommended.

HELIOS III

The HELIOS III is a Q-Switched Nd:YAG laser from the Republic of Korea, featuring a new energy emission technology known as Real Twin Pulse Mode or RTP Mode, and the “Fractional Q-Switched Nd: YAG” technology. It can produce laser light with wavelengths of 532 and 1064 nm that is precise, safe, and stable in energy discharge. This laser is specifically designed for treating pigmentation abnormalities in both deep and superficial layers of the skin, enhancing treatment efficacy, reducing complications such as dark spots, uneven skin tone, and also minimizing downtime after treatment.
HELIOS III is capable of removing tattoos such as black, blue, dark brown, dark green, and red colors, treating melasma, senile freckles, dark spots, freckles, nevi, brown birthmarks, pink birthmarks, and stimulating collagen production. The number of treatments depends on the condition and assessment by the expert doctor, with each session spaced at least 4 – 6 weeks apart.
After the treatment, if a burning sensation is felt, it is advisable to apply cold compresses until the sensation diminishes. Apply moisturizing cream, moisturizer, and sunscreen with an SPF of over 30. Avoid direct sunlight for at least 2 weeks.

Pristine

Utilizing a skin cell renewal technology known as Diamond-peel Microdermabrasion with Laser-cut Diamond-tip in combination with a vacuum system, the Pristine efficiently and gently exfoliates the stratum corneum and clears clogged pores, stimulating the production of collagen and elastin, and promoting blood circulation. After just one treatment, the skin feels refreshed, clean, and rejuvenated.
Safe for all skin types, except for those with dry, flaking, or inflamed skin. Suitable for delicate, sensitive, uneven skin, or hard-to-reach areas such as around the eyes.
Treatment can be received 6-8 times, every 2 weeks.
Each session takes about 10 – 15 minutes.
The Pristine machine is effective and safe, painless, and has no downtime.
Post-treatment, the treated area may appear pinkish, and the skin may feel dry for 1-2 days. It is important to apply a moisturizing cream and sunscreen.

CO2 LASER UP-3000

The CO2 LASER UP-3000 has a wavelength of 10600 nanometers, which is uniquely absorbed by the water molecules in cells and rapidly converts into heat energy, causing a rapid increase in temperature leading to vaporization and coagulation of small blood vessels under the skin simultaneously. The UP-3000 has been further developed to allow for the selection of a laser energy emission mode with high energy, which helps reduce the laser exposure time to microseconds (Ultra Pulse), enhancing the treatment’s efficacy and preventing side effects.
It is used to treat clogged pores, acne scars, comedones, moles, nevi, skin tags, enlarged sebaceous glands, stone acne, warts, and ingrown nails.
After treatment, there may be wounds from the laser, with possible pain, swelling, bleeding, or burning sensation. Typically, the wounds heal within 1-2 weeks.
Post-laser treatment care includes:
1. Keep the wound dry for at least 24 hours.
2. After 24 hours, clean the wound with sterile water or saline using a cotton swab twice and then dry it quickly.
3. Apply an antibiotic ointment or cream frequently every 3-4 hours to keep the wound moist every day until it dries out.
When the wound starts to form a scab:
1. Do not pick at the wound or scab. Clean the wound with sterile water or saline. If there is a lot of scabbing, soak a gauze in saline, cover the wound for 5 minutes, then remove and clean again with a cotton swab soaked in saline, and apply antibiotic at least twice a day, and every time after the wound gets wet until it heals completely.
2. It’s not necessary to cover the wound unless it is prone to being rubbed or scratched.
3. If there is suspicion of infection, such as pain, swelling, redness, heat, or pus, see a doctor immediately.
After the wound has completely healed:
1. Avoid sunlight as much as possible from the day of treatment. Once the wound is dry, begin using sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher PA+++ and apply it over the treated area for at least 8-12 hours.
2. If the treated area becomes darker than before, see a doctor.
