This can be resolved by letting the baby finish feeding from one breast or discarding the foremilk and feeding only hindmilk.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Normal stool should look like wet paste, golden yellow in color, without mucus, blood, or foam.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><b>Not passing stool daily<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Healthy infants may pass stool every other day or even once a week, especially when consuming large amounts of formula.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If an infant does not pass stool daily, there should be no bloating or vomiting with green or yellow color. Improvement is usually seen within 3\u20134 days if responsive.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Common allergens include cow\u2019s milk, eggs, nuts, wheat, and chocolate.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If responsive, breastfeeding may continue while avoiding the offending foods for 2\u20134 weeks.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">After the elimination period, reintroduce foods.
