If left unaddressed, this can seriously harm your health.<\/p>\n<p>First, let\u2019s observe yourself to see if you\u2019re getting enough sleep:<br \/>\n1) Waking up feeling unrefreshed, wanting to keep sleeping, and not wanting to get up.<br \/>\n2) Feeling sleepy and yawning frequently during the day, with a strong desire to sleep.<br \/>\n3) If given the chance to nap during the day, you can fall asleep immediately without struggling.<\/p>\n<p>If you experience these symptoms, it\u2019s certain you are not getting enough sleep.<\/p>\n<p>People who sleep too little, whether due to working late or habitual late nights, will face various health issues such as difficulty waking up, oversleeping, stress, irritability, fatigue, and loss of appetite. These are just initial symptoms.
