7 High-Risk Groups That Should Receive the Influenza Vaccine

1. Pregnant women with a gestational age of 4 months or more
2. Children aged 6 months to 2 years
3. Individuals with chronic diseases (COPD, asthma, heart disease, stroke, kidney failure, cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, and diabetes)
4. Elderly individuals aged 65 years and above
5. Individuals with intellectual disabilities who are unable to care for themselves
6. Thalassemia patients and immunocompromised individuals (including symptomatic HIV patients)
7. Obese individuals (weighing over 100 kg or with a BMI greater than 35 kg/m²)

Influenza Symptoms

Sudden high fever, headache, muscle aches, fatigue, cough with phlegm, sore throat, runny nose, nasal congestion.
Diarrhea may also occur. Influenza symptoms are very similar to those of COVID-19.
If symptoms appear, seek medical attention immediately.
