Pre-Checkup Preparation

- Avoid food and drink for 6-8 hours before the checkup.

- Bring your medication and inform the physician of what you are currently taking
- For women: it is important to note that during menstruation a urine test cannot be conducted. Any checkup should be done 7 days after menstruation.
- And don’t forget to have a good night’s sleep for 6-8 hours.
